Make sure to include all your information, Name, Address, Phone #, also make sure you include your Ebay User ID and Item # and include a description of what you purchased in the comments.We have to put a cost of .01 or our program will not take your credit card info but you will not be charged this it is just a programming glitch that we are unable to overcome at this point.
