WHY ARE YOUR PARTS LESS EXPENSIVE THAN OTHER AFTER-MARKET PARTS?

We work directly with our factories to ensure pricing is kept at a competitive level. We are always finding ways logistically and through our high buying power to negotiate the best rates on our manufacturing cost. By dealing directly with the manufacturer, we cut out the middleman which causes inflated prices.

YOU HAVE THREE DIFFERENT TYPES OF ROTORS FOR MY MACHINE. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE AND WHICH ONE SHOULD I ORDER?

Our rotors are designed specifically for different styles of riding.

  • Standard Rotors have venting that allow the brake pads to cool after braking which reduces the wear on the pad. Typical machine use is for trail riding, farm or ranch work. The majority of ATV, UTV and Side x Side machines come from the factory with a rotor similar to our standard rotor style.

  • RipTide Rotors have extra venting which allows the brake pads to remain cool under extreme braking in dry or semi wet conditions. This rotor is for aggressive riding such as MX Racing, Hare Scrambles/Enduro Riding, aggressive trail riding in hot or dry terrain, steep mountain riding and hard excessive braking situations.

  • MudRat Rotors are for the serious mud riders. If you are in heavy wet mud 75% of your riding than this is the rotor for you! The MudRat is a solid stainless steel rotor with no venting, which means no abrasive materials can ooze through and pack the brakes. The less build up in between the pad and rotor means more reliability in braking power and longer brake life.

DO YOU OFFER FASTER SHIPPING?

I ORDERED THE WRONG PARTS. WHAT DO I DO?

Call in to our Customer Service Center so we can determine what parts you need for your machine. Please have your VIN number handy and we will run the number to ensure that your machine is the correct year and model. You would be surprised how easy it is to order parts for the wrong machine. We’ll walk you through the different options for the return or exchange.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

For all returns, we require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to be issued. Simply call our Customer Service Center and we will issue you an RMA number for the return. We will let you know what steps need to be taken and when to expect your refund.

I RECEIVED MY ORDER BUT IT WAS MISSING SOME ITEMS. WHAT DO I DO?

If your package is missing part of your order, please notify our Customer Service Center immediately. Make sure to save all outer packaging as we may require you to take photos to file a claim with the carrier if there was any damage during transit.

I CAN’T FIND MY MACHINE IN YOUR SEARCH. IS THERE ANOTHER WAY TO FIND PARTS FOR MY MACHINE?

Although we try our best to be up to date with every machine we have parts for in our search engine, occasionally we miss a model, sub model or a machines year. If you are having problems locating your exact model or want to be sure you are ordering the correct parts, please call our Customer Service Center at (906) 420-8009.
